Hello Forum,
it was very difficult to get a somewhat focussed picture of this 2-3mm fly, since it was steadily running around. Hagen, NRW, Germany, alder marshland, 175msm, November 5th 2008
How far is an ID possible?

The title of the thread itself is enough: Phoridae. Might be Phora.
