HI,

A very small fly in a difficult, shady place and it kept running around so the pic quality is poor. It was maybe 3mm long, seems to have a parasite. I haven't a clue really, thanks! :)

On 9th July, Lincoln UK.

Yes Geomyza tripunctata like Nikita already told you. It is a female.
