Hybotidae-Hybotinae. I think it might be Syndyas.

Thanks Paul!

By the way, when was the family Hybotidae first established?
I thought it was only a subfamily (Hybotinae) under Empididae before.
Maybe I'm too out-dated :|

It used to be part of the Empididae. Chvála decided in the 70's that it should be Hybotidae.

For the latest exposition of the families of Empidoidea, see:- Sinclair, BJ & Cumming JM (2006) Zootaxa 1180 1-172. This work shows that Hybotidae, Dolichopodidae, Brachystomatidae and Atelestidae are well founded, Empididae, rather less so.
Collin merely dumped the hybotines in Empididae s. lat as a matter of convenience. He indicated that this was not very satisfactory in his 'British Flies' and he was fully aware that more higher taxa would need to be recognized to properly reflect the relationships within the Empidoidea.

Hope this helps
Cheers
