Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Big red eyes : Platypezidae

This small fly (Heron, Belgium , mid-October) reminds me of a very small Chryspilus. But the wing venation is peculiar, it seems to me,and I am sure someone will help me out with this one...

PS or perhaps a Pipunculidae, with those big-big eyes ?
