Seen in Hasliberg, Switzerland; 5 July 2008. Altitude ca 1000 m. Feeding on Hogweed in hey land.

Dark, but with fringes of orange-golden hairs along tergites/sternites. Three band across eyes.

Is it Hybomitra? Species ID possible?

Thanks to both!

But now I am slightly confused about the name!

Is it Hybomitra aterrima var. auripila or just Hybomitra auripila?

some people consider auripila to be just a form of aterrima.
I don't, to me it is a good species.
