This looks more like Heleomyzidae (Suillia) to me. Add "Heleomyzidae?" to the title to attract the attention of Andrzej.

so, as follow: arista, scutellum and mesonotum(dorsally). Mezopleuron and pteropleuron (pleural part in better size).
