I found this beautiful dolichopodidae, is an identification possible?

Epithalassius sanctimarci Mik (Venetia, Corsica, southern Spain) is more probable than Epithalassius corsicanus Becker (Corsica, Israel; St. Helena). It would be very useful to compare their male genitalia.
