Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Small Empid fly ?

Assume this is a small dance fly ?
Taken Yesterday about 4mm body length sitting on a clay flowerpot South coast UK.

Hybotinae, mostly yes, Tachydromiinae (including Tachydromia, Tachypeza, Platypalpus and a few others), no.
