Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Palloptera ustulata/anderssoni?

Hello,

I saw this 5-6mm fly in the end of july in a small forest near cologne. Unfortunately I only have this foto from above. Can family/genus oder species be identified?

This is not a calypterate fly, so not Muscidae. This is a Pallopteridae, I think Palloptera ustulata/anderssoni (has to be confirmed).
