Is it possible to tell me the exact name of this Sepsidae spec.? Found today, near German/Dutch border. Thanks!

Here's another Sepsidae, from Brisbane, Australia. They appeared in great numbers on lucerne mulch spread in a garden in Toowong. I was wondering if it is Sepsis sp?
