hi flyforum,

Is it Suillia sp.?
Rather pronounced dark stripe on it's scutum..

Idea's are welcome!

place: Amsterdam forest
date: 20-09
size 8-10mm

affinis species-group !.
I can't see the supracervical bristles over the neck (should be yellow not black !). and a lateral view of head profile is important !. Sometimes S. affinis and S. umbratica are very similar in body colouration :)

I made a bigger crop but I think the view isn't good enough.
I'll take it more lateral the next time..
