Follow 2 Dolichopodidae be photographed at the same area but in different location

1th photo
Habitat: Running water of small creek. Very dense and shady vegetation
The flies rest to the leaves in a cave like form above water made of dense vegetation
Size:~4mm

Habitat: Running water of small creek (same as above). Open shiny bank
The flies was active on the fine sandy wet ground

The first one may be Hercostomus, 2nd fly may be Tachytrechus. Give wings, please.

I'd say Tachytrechus notatus
