A very dark Phasiinae, observed in Bois de Lauzelle, Louvain la neuve (Belgium) on August 28th.

This doesn't live where I come from, but it must be Phasia aurigera? Ph aurulans instead is fairly common here.

Right, hemiptera, because of the orange hairs on pleurae.
Hemiptera is very very very variable (in all other aspects)
