I think I have already seen a similar fly in the forum before but I can't remember the family. Please, I need help.
This fly was seen in a beach in Caminha, north of Portugal on the 8th of September.

Which species could it be? What are the possibilities?

I think the only species recorded for the Iberian Peninsula is Tetanops flavescens. Could this one be a different species?
