One for Nikita perhaps?
This looks like Heleomyzidae - Suillia to me. Am I correct?
Note I have hinged out the genitalia a little in this specimen.

Yes it is !.
If there are two vibrissae, and if scutellum is bare and with sharpened apex (and arista minutelly pubescent or nude) so the species should be probably Suillia ustulata (Meigen) :)

Thanks Andrzej. It would appear to be S ustulata. All the characters match your description. :) Do you think this is a confident enough id for posting to the gallery?
Phil. I have hinged out the genitalia again (they keep springing back, so I'll leave it pinned out for a week or so to fix it).;)
