I think this fly belongs to the Muscidae. Right? Wrong? Is a closer ID possible? Hagen, NRW, Germany, alder marshland, 175 msm, August 23rd 2008

Personally I think this is Muscidae, probably a coenosiine - I'm saying this because of the leg colour - Nikita or Stephane may be able to help more.

Looks like Coenosia indeed, but it's too out of focus.:(
