Hi everybody,
I have only this foto of the fly and as a beginner I have absolutly no clue what could be. I hope that you can give me a hint.

It's a
Sapromyza (family Lauxaniidae). There are relatively few species with such spots on the abomen, so it may be possible to get to species level.

Hi,
unfortunately, determination is not possible from this photo:(. Crucial are acrostichal setas and setas in occipital triangle. Sapromyzosoma quadripunctata is the most probably in the middle Europe, but not sure . From where is this photo?

I took my foto in western switerland, next to the neuchatel lake. This is around 400 m above sealevel, in an agricultural landscape.
Yeah, I knew that it would be difficult to identify (without wings and so on) but I am already happy with Sapromyza sp.
