Could be. Solieria and Dinera can be very similar at first glance.
The vertex is rather narrow, which excludes the most common Solieria.
So I can't tell.

Hi,
Yea, this is a tough one. I originally ID'd this as
Dinera grisescens, but its clearly not. If I see right, the mid tibia has two ad's, which doesn't fit to
Solieria and the head doesn't look like it as well (to me). And it seems a bit too big (when compared to the flower).
Quite likely would be new to me. How do
Dexia, Aphria spp. and
Stomina tachinoides look like?
Would be nice to know this one! ;)

We got it all wrong.
Look on the flower below the head, you can see a third frontleg
-> Prosena siberita.

Now when you say it, it's clear! Also the big head should have rung some bells.
