Pity we can't see the arista properly.
It should be Dinera grisescens male

In 100% view there seems to be faint plumose in arista.

Hi,

R5 does not have a petiole. Does this feature vary in grisescens?

Yes, it does. Might be a short petiole, might be just closed, might be slightly open as in this picture.

Ok, thanks. Nice to know. I already have noticed that Zaira cinerea comes in all these variations... bit annoying regarding the Central European key!

I think these photos from upright are quite difficult to say for sure...
