seems to be a Sarcophagidae. red-traffic eyes, very strong checkered abdomen, absence of subscutellum...

I agree.
The presence / absence of subscutellum, however, cannot be seen from this angle. In order to prevent confusion.

yes, it is more visible in lateral view. or view from back.
