I found Conops quadrifasciatus at this site a week ago:

Am I correct in assuming that this is Conops flavipes:

Conops quadrifasciatus.

I doubt the last 2 photos belongs to the Conops flavipes. All legs are yellow, and the typical for C. flavipes: "femora yellow with a broad black ring on the half"we cannot see in those specimens.

i'm with Jorge. Moreover, you can clearly see the silvery band on pleura, which is lacking in flavipes.
