Not Mydaea, but Phaonia. Of course, it isn't possible to find absence/presence of setae on radial node, but note jizz - Mydaea has more pure colors - scutellum really clear yellow, not as dirty/partly yellow as in this case.
Most probably Phaonia valida, female
