is it possible, to identify this fly? The photo was taken last week in my house in North-Bavaria, Germany. Many thanks.

This is Nephrotoma cornicina or N. aculeata. Both of them have that spine on the 8sternite. a sharp picture of 9tergite should exclude one of both.
