does this one belong to the Muscidae? Is a closer ID possible?

Hagen, NRW, Germany, July 3rd 2008, near alder marshland, 175 msm

I vote for Rhinophora too. Take care to not confuse calypter with alula.

St?phane is right. It is indeed an alula! :S But we can see really one calypter at least.
