Nice one for study..
M1 seems towards r4+5 , prealar shorter as notopleural seta, lower calypter little beyond upper one, acrostichals relative broad...
I would say Lasiomma strigillatum / seminitidum...

But wait for Ackland!

Don't think it's Lasiomma, but can't see the defining characters: 4 stpl, finely haired eyes etc. Unfortunately there are dozens of anthomyiids that look like this, but they can only be identified by looking at a lot of small characters which do not show up in a general photograph. Judging by the appearence and colour, the photos look like 2 different species, and this is a problem of colour in photos, can vary depending on the light.
