J?rgen Peters takes it for a Tachinidae. There are no better fotos, sorry. Can anybody tell me more?

I guess, this is a female (?) and that's, why I did not recognize it immediately. I have only once seen a male with its extraordinary antennae:

I haven't seen enough to be able to sex it but the antennae on the photos look very characteristic, as is the general shape and the shaded patch on the wing :)
