A beauty. Miltogramminae fly was flying around granite. And near a river. Its pose is gracious. The pose has a reason: the granite was very hot. That's why it poses in this way. :)

Most likely Miltogramma taeniata or Miltogramma iberica

Sharp picture of fore tarsi and dorsal view of thorax would help.

tomorrow I will go to the same place. The fly is always in the spot during the day. Then I will take a photo to its tarsi.
