Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Very small black fly --> cf. Meoneura sp. (Carnidae)

Hello!

Sorry, no better pictures possible, although I tried... This one from yesterday night at our garden shed (northwest Germany) was only 1.5-1.8 mm long. I have no real idea about the family (maybe Phoridae?).
