I have looked in he gallery
but noone is like this ( maybe a little)
Can anyone help me to get a name of this ?
Size: about 10 mm
Location: Southwest Sweden (V?sterg?tland)
Date: 2008-JULY-11
Habitat: Garden in woodland

Could it be a newly hatched Dexiosoma caninum?

The shape of the head (ptilinal suture* not fully closed) and the milky colour of the wings indicate that this is a recently emerged fly.

Yes, I agree with all of the above - teneral Dexiosoma caninum :)
