Found today in East Lincs, UK in woody shrub area.
Body length about 8mm.
Left image showing wing venation - reminiscent of Rhagio sp. ?
Right image showing truer body coloration.
It was the pale abdomen that attracted my attention.
Any suggestions would be truly appreciated

Thank you
Alan

Ah!

How about Chrysopilus cristatus, female?
Would that find any support?

Female Chrysopilus without doubt. Could be cristatus, but I better leave that to the experts...
