My guess is female Piezura graminicola (Zetterstedt), Fanniidae.

Stephane, you use "European Fanniidae..."?
You have to update this book:
P.graminicola now is P. pardalina Rondani and
P. boletorum is now P. graminicola Ztt.
So, this fly is now P. pardalina (see: Fanaeur.org)

Thanks Nikita, I didn't know this, and indeed my reference was "The European Fanniidae".

Joke, if fly became black - put it in aceton for 2-12 hours (either with pin or without) - the natural color will come back
