My first Chrysopilus-Thread is rather long, so I think it is better to open a new one.

try among C. nigricauda (8,5-9mm) and C. pullus (5,5-7ī7mm) (itīs an approximation, not an Id, I use old keys) regards

Hello, I didnīt want to confuse, sorry, Iīve got no keys for that species, (discharted luteolus because of the brown anterior margins of terguites), I think Iīm filling my bookshelves with very old info, perhaps buying Papp & Darvas Manual... 3 Higher Brachycera is a good idea

It was just a question, since you did mention unusual species and did not mention the more obvious ones.
Pullus has two dark bands, so that one does not fit.
To me, this is a male of luteolus (sorry for the previous mistake) or the related laetus.
