Hi
This fly was caught in June but photographed recently.
Silgueiros . PORTUGAL. JUNE 2008.

Nice photos - but too close - I think a full fly photo (lateral & dorsal) would be useful :)

I agree with Chris, an overall view is better to begin (close-up can be added if asked), but I'd label this one
Pegomya testacea (Anthomyiidae).

You are correct Stephane, it is
Pegomya testacea. Actually the close up views are good for Anthomyiidae, these show the 3 posthumeral setae, larger lower squama, and some yellowish hairs on lower occiput. In many general views the details needed are not clearly visible.
