Probably quite hopeless, but I'll give it a try. Turkey, mountains at ca 800 m. Nearest big place Adana. Due to broken hose a wet spot (2 square meter) in dry spring bed. Pine wood on one side, open vegetation on the other.

Phasinae but not Phasia or Gymnosoma ... not one I have seen before :)

Can't see enough of it, but indeed could be female Ectophasia leucoptera.
