Hello!

Unfortunately I could take only this poor picture from this questionable fly. I have never come across yet such a species of fly. I saw a couple of them at a dense hedge of Syringa vulgaris and other various plants near a pasture in Hungary. Approximately 5-7mm long, and they were very mobile I was therefore unable to approach them to a good distance for taking better photos.
