Muscidae, but I am not certein in my identification to the genus (Pseudocoenosia). Specimen is in collection, photo is not my own.

After few days with key and little help of specialist I can say that this forgoten fly is Phaonia steinii :D

It's certainly an odd looking Phaonia - very useful addition to the gallery, as Nikita says:)
