Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Cerodontha sp.?

I photographed this fly, which is about 2 mm long, yesterday in a garden in southwestern Germany. Can I assume it belongs to the genus Cerodontha, or should I just list it as Agromyzidae sp.?

Closer to Phytomyza than Cerodontha.
