Hi,
Since I have not found in Muscidae and Anthomyiidae a species which fit with our specimen, I suggest that a Tachinidae should be possible. All my thanks for your help.

Egle is a hairy genus usually found early in spring. Mid-June may be too late.

Thanks John for your comment, but it seems to me that Hyaline (glassy) wings are observed in Egle. This was not the case for our specimen.

Hi,
Since the end the the thick costal vein is observed just after the junction of the R4+5 vein, the Anthomyiidae genus Acyglossa should be a good candidate. We have already observed by the past Acyglossa atramentaria, a species with hyaline wings. Here, the wings are perfumed.
