some days ago I had posted a putative Panzeria rudis, but it was Blepharipa pratensis instead:

Now at nearly the same location (near small brook, northwest Germany) I found this also about 12 mm measuring fly. Its eyes are clearly hairy, so this time really Panzeria rudis?
