Tachinidae. Consult Crosskey (1984) ("Annotated keys to the genera of Tachinidae (Diptera) found in tropical and southern Africa") and then more recent publications to find out what the old genera are called now.

A modern key was supposed to be published a few years ago. Maybe someday...

There is no subscutellum. The wing venation suggests it belongs to the Muscini, if it is indeed in the Muscidae family.

I don't know of any Muscidae with such a sharp bend in vein M. Try Márcia S. Couri, "A key to the Afrotropica genera of Muscidae (Diptera)".

Musca aethiops Stein has the right color. I don't know whether it has Sarcophagidae-like wing veins.

But Malloch (Exotic Muscaridae XVII) says only two species of Musca known in 1925 have such hairy eyes, interruptella (as interrrupta) and dasyops.
