Found this small fly, 5-6 mm on Leucanthemum vulgare. I initially thought of Phania sp. given the wing veins, but the eyes almost touching make that unlikely (or so I thought)... Now I actually have no idea... Is it possible to arrive at an identification (species or genus)?
