Spotted on 20.04.2026 in Germany, Baden Württemberg. Size approx. 4mm. Can this be identified?

Tephritis arnicae L. or, with some reservations, T.vespertina Lw. Wing pattern sometimes overlapps, and they differ by the combination of orbital seta (here unclear)
