Hi, after long time I ask for this
Bombylius (I think); collected in Romagna border, loc. Val Sellustra (BOLOGNA), 300 m, in grassland, 4 April 2026. Thank in advance for any opinion.:)

Looks like a male
Bombylius major to me. And the family is Bombyli
idae.

The wing's coloration is atypical for
B. major ... Sorry, but I don't know the Mediterranean fauna to suggest what kind of species it is.
