Hi,
this Psychodidae was observed on march 14th at home (near the town of Sens, Yonne department, France). The antennae aspect suggests a Clytocerus. The presence of a white hear on the scutum may be compatible with C. ocellaris. All my thanks for your help.

A male Clytocerus indeed. C. ocellaris is the most common species but several close relatives are also possible. I have done an intensive search but could not find properties for photographic ID. So it remains C. spec.
