Rymosia sp. I'd say. Probably fasciata.
I'm not acquainted with the Austrian fauna, so there may be similar species in Central Europe.

Thanks Walther, any recommendations for literature helping me narrowing down Rymosia vs. related taxa (= Rymosia s.str. vs Rymosia s.l.)

I am not aware of any revision of the genus and females might prove difficult anyway.
But take a look at https://www.online-keys.net/sciaroidea/1961_70/Tuomikoski_1966_Exechiini.pdf for s.str. versus s.l.
I dare say this is Rymosia s.str.
