Can something more be said about this fly?

Hard to be sure from this single photo, but I try a comment:
- 4 dc post?
- 3rd antennal segment < front femur
- tegula
and basicosta reddish/yellowish
- tergite 2 with 2 dorsal marginals
could be
S. geniculata.

Well, it is a Siphona. Parafacial a bit narrow for geniculata. Might be flavifrons. Thrn again, might be not ....
