Have a nice Day. One Question please. Is this Peleteria iavana? I would be very grateful for a reply.
Discovery data: Austria, Lower Austria, Tattendorf, 220m, garden, October 25, 2025, Size approx. 10-12mm
Kind regards Karl.

Pedicel is black: rubescens or prompta - I think it's P. prompta.
EDIT NOT Peleteria

Peleteria genus is not supposed to have parafacial setae (I don't see it...) and bare eyes ?

Thanks! Not Peleteria - could be a female Linnaemyia vulpina.

You're welcome Eric ! Ok with Linnaemya vulpina without "i" after "y" I think...

Have a nice evening everyone. Thank you for the answer of a female Linnaemya vulpina. It matches the yellow area between the eyes much better.
Kind regards Karl.
