Hi all,

I took these pictures of a muscid fly in late August 2025, in a shady meadow next to a river, in NW Spain. Jere Kahanpää IDed it as Dasyphora, which is a genus which only has 3 species recorded in Spain: D. albofasciata, D. penicillata, and D. pratorum. I wanted to ask if anyone could confirm the genus, or even ID it as species level. Thank you in advance!

Antón
