Is it the right familly ? Do you have any idea concerning this fly ?

The fly in the gallery has the wrong species name. There is no
Pandelleia sexmaculata. The checklist of world Tachinidae has two species in Europe which were formerly considered synonyms.
Pandelleia otiorrhynchi Villeneuve, 1922. Europe (W. Europe (France, Germany, Switzerland)).
Pandelleia sexpunctata (Pandellé, 1896). Central Asia (Uzbekistan), Europe (S. Europe (Andorra, Spain), W. Europe (France)), Middle East (Israel), Russia (Eastern Siberia), Transcaucasia.
Edit: I corrected the name in the gallery to
sexpunctata.

I've seen there were many synonyms of
Pandelleia sexpunctata but I thought Theo was saying that Peter Tschorsnig told him both species were synonyms in
this thread but now it's clear with your explanation !
So, is there a key to separate one from the other or do you know if this fly is
Pandelleia sexpunctata or
Pandelleia otiorrhynchi as both can apparently be in my area ?
In an
old french document from Dr J. Villeneuve, there's a description of
Pandelleia alpicola (one of
Pandelleia sexpunctata's synonyms) that doesn't match on every point so this one might be
Pandelleia otiorrhynchi, what do you think ?

If the synonymy was not published as a new synonym or otherwise communicated to the computers in Ottawa, the checklist may be out of date.
The specimen from which
Pandelleia alpicola was described is much darker than the fly in this thread.

Peter Tschorsnig once informally told me that he considered both species synonymous (of course, only valid at the time he told me).
I have seen the genus only once, so I cannot give an opinion.
But since oversplitting seems more common than overlumping .... Tschorsnig might be right !
