There's another one of 2023-08-20 from my Euonymus japonicus.
(The 3 dots in front of scutellum are well visible)

They should be on the scutum ....just BEFORE the scutellum

Yes, but that is not on the scutum, it is the posterior humerus or whatever it is called. Should be more central. Check a validated pic.

So I am officially uncertain
